Municipal Capital Markets
Mr. Roghanchi recently joined Tribal Capital Markets as a Managing Director of Municipal Capital Markets and Co-Head of Municipal Sales and Trading. Together with his partner, Jon Yamaoka, he is responsible for developing and growing the municipal capital markets business. His responsibilities include managing our Syndicate distribution on Negotiated and Competitive underwritings as well as providing secondary liquidity on behalf of our clients and issuers.
Arjan has spent a decade building expertise in the Fixed Income market. He began his career at Morgan Stanley in 2007 where his focus was on new issue preferred stock for ultra-high net worth individuals and families. In 2009 he joined R. Seelaus & Co. as a fixed income salesman before moving onto the trading desk and covering a range of taxable and tax exempt securities. His focus was on building out the firm's electronic trading volume and profitability. In 2014 he joined Intercoastal Capital Markets. Together with his partner Jon Yamaoka, they built a Municipal Capital Markets business servicing a range of issuers and institutional clients, including the establishment of an underwriting and syndication department that was co-manager on over $15BB in transactions.
He lives in Mendham, New Jersey with his wife Meghan and three young children.
Arjan holds FINRA Series 7, 24 and 66 licenses.
