Prior to his current role, Mr. Bavaro served as a Managing Director of Equity Sales & Trading at 3 MBE Broker/Dealers. His service at Williams Capital, Pacific American, and Montrose Securities spanned 22 years and resulted in significant growth during his tenure.
Frank’s initial role was in Equity trading at Jefferies, LLC and expanded to include account coverage beginning in 1994. Mr. Bavaro’s relationships include “$2 brokers” on the floor of the NYSE, offering color directly from specialists, as well as algorithmic, DMA and ECN access.
Possessing extensive market experience and specializing in executing large blocks of both listed and OTC equity securities allows Frank to minimize market impact and effect profitable crosses across fragmented exchanges. Other disciplines include trading in single stocks, program trading, handling pairs and list trading,
Frank holds FINRA Series 3, 4, 7, 24, 55 and 63 licenses.
