James Siva is one of the senior members of the Morongo Tribal Council where he oversees economic development for the 35,000 acre Morongo Indian Reservation. Mr. Siva is a second-generation Council Member who focuses on the Tribe’s self-reliance and pursuit of economic opportunities to continue developing economic growth for future Morongo generations. Mr. Siva served as the point person for the Tribe in forming Tribal Capital Markets and was instrumental in forging the strong relationship the Council now has with the Managing Members of TCM. Mr. Siva graduated Cum Laude from Columbia University and was the inaugural recipient of Columbia's Native Alumni Seven Generation Award for Outstanding Community Service.
