John Barry has 20+ years of experience in developing trading operations from inception to a profitable mature business operation. He has been a trader at Mizuho Securities and ABN-AMRO/LaSalle Nat’l Bank. In addition to his trading expertise, John has previously run divisions at Amherst Securities, Sovereign Bank, and AK Capital. In 2005, he founded Bonds.com, a FINRA registered broker/dealer and a licensed Alternative Trading System. As Chairman and CEO, he ushered the company from its inception to a publicly traded entity, developing relationships and adding 2,200 customer accounts in only a two-year time span. John is currently a Manager Partner at Tribal Capital Markets where he oversees day to day operations across all business lines. John is responsible for vetting new business initiatives and ensuring that the firm’s growth strategy meets the objectives of the owners (Morongo Band of Mission Indians). John graduated from Georgetown University in Washington, DC where he majored in Psychology.
John holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 53 and 63 licenses.
