Mr. Gatling brings over 20 years of experience to Tribal Capital Markets that includes capital markets, sales & trading, equity research, compliance, operations and management. He gained his experience from Telsey Advisory Group, Muriel Siebert & Co., Kaufman Bros., Toussaint Capital Partners and Blaylock & Partners. During the majority of his career, he has focused on debt (includes corporate, agency, ABS, preferred and municipal products) and equity origination. At each of these firms, Mr. Gatling was an integral contributor to the development of the overall firm and/or the development of the capital markets division from inception. As such, he played a significant role in the origination of over $600 billion in transactions across many product areas and sectors.
Mr. Gatling earned a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Vernon holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 53, 63, 79 and 99 licenses.
